Happy April Fools!

Good afternoon, folks.  I'm your Circlet Press chatting author today.  I'm also a chatting editor and the person who came up with the idea of Circlet having author chats.  Today I join you from my bed with two black cats and the sound of sump pumps emptying out the neighbors' flooded basements (ours is mostly empty already).

I'm going to start with a contest.  The first person to email me at lpbcirclet@gmail.com with the names of the first four print anthologies Circlet ever published will win a copy of my most recent anthology, Kneel to Me.

It must be an April Fool that you used "you're" instead of "your," above... ;-)

Lauren - Is it true that today, Circlet will announce their new YA imprint, and that in a surprise move, you've signed Stephenie Meyer to do a secret novella?

I don't believe so, but I understand an announcement is forthcoming regarding the works of Dr. Seuss.

You know, it's funny you should mention that. I have a few ideas, starting with "Horton, Here's A Whore" and continuing on to an awesome lesbian meet-up between Gertrude McFuzz and Mayzie (from Horton Hatches The Egg)...

This is gonna be great!
